• Technical Services Agreement for Kualiti Alam Sdn Bhd for an integrated hazardous waste management plant
• joint venture agreement with a foreign party for the supply and installation of substation equipment in Ghana, Africa

• supply of the Malaysian road tax registration labels which took effect in mid 2002, to Percetakan Keselamatan Nasional Sdn Bhd, the national security printers of Malaysia
