Lily Tan Chea Li, who previously headed Albar & Partners’ corporate, commercial and equity capital markets practices and her own banking finance team now leads LCWCo. as our Managing Partner, spearheading our firm. Lily, a seasoned professional brings a wealth of experience and has a proven track record in both domestic and cross border capital markets transactions.

With Lily are our new partners, Cassandra Hogg (who heads our Corporate, Commercial, Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets and Sustainability practice), Abraham Teh and Niv Lee (who both head our Banking, Islamic & Project Finance, Debt Capital Markets and Environmental, Social & Governance practice) together with two other partners and seven associates. This dynamic team collectively enhances our capacity to deliver top-tier legal services and innovative solutions to clients.
