Lee Choon Wan possesses extensive expertise spanning Corporate Finance & Capital Markets, Banking & Finance, Compliance & Regulatory, and Commercial and Civil and Commercial Litigation. With over 40 years in practice, he offers comprehensive guidance on corporate and commercial transactions, legal and regulatory compliance, equity and equity-linked capital market transactions, both local and international initial public offerings, debt restructuring, schemes of arrangements, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, mergers, and other corporate and commercial matters. Additionally, he has provided counsel to numerous financial institutions and underwriters in securities offerings.

Admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 1983 and as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1984, Choon Wan founded the firm in 1992 and is now our Consultant.
